Eating Should be simple

Wading through current nutrition information, diets, detoxes and fads can make your head spin. But really, eating should and can be simple. After working with me you will feel more confident in your food choices and have an overall sense of well-being. Your “diet” will reflect your unique needs, your particular lifestyle and your personal preferences. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to eating and while I may have the nutrition facts, you have the answers to what works best with you. I’m just your guide to get you there!

Food goes far beyond just weight loss. In fact, you won't be counting calories or fat grams with me. Good food nourishes and is an important part of community and family. While you may discover food sensitivities, that doesn't mean the enjoyment of food is eliminated. There are so many allergy-friendly options and I love watching people not only discover food they love but also feel the best they have in years!
